My work begins with the deconstruction of the image and mixing it with symbolic elements, creating a psychological narrative. My technique seeks to highlight the process, creating a fusion between the audiovisual and the artisanal in search of a place which is in the process itself. There is no definite, but rather a void, which acts as a place in which movements are muted.
My faith in the end product is blind, as it is not based on a previously agreed upon process or prior experiences. Rather, it is based on the random mechanical motions of the work. The results always lead to a place beyond—a dystopian place which is understood through the perception of others in the place from where they are viewing the work.

ABOUT ME
y undergraduate studies were in audiovisual communication, film, and photography. These allowed me to gain knowledge in semiotics and film art, and ultimately led to a career in art, post production, and ad photography. These experiences allowed me to explore the innumerable possibilities of analog photography and dark room experimentation.Naturally curious about different forms of expression, I have also studied contemporary dance, theatre, drawing, sculpting, art history and appreciation, psychoanalysis and cinema, all of which, together with music, have informed my sense of expressionism. With this rich backdrop, I subsequently decided to pursue post graduate studies in Clinical Psychology and Art Therapy and practice, after graduate, as a psychologist, working with adults and adolescents. At present, I dedicate myself as an autodidact to photocollage.
